Install gauges to check operating pressures
Check voltage & amperage to all motors w/ meters
Check for adequate refrigeration charge & leaks
Check for evaporator superheat
Check temperature drop across evaporator coil
Lubricate all moving parts
Check belts (if any) and fan speed
Check pressure switch operation
Check breakers and fuses
Check starting contactor
Check all high and low connectors
Check thermostat operation and adjustments
Check air flow and inspect ductwork
Check air temperature across condenser
